Our facilitators bring experience from diverse fields including plant medicine, herbalism, sound healing, bodywork, ancestral traditions, music, integration practices, and community care.


While each facilitator has their own path and specialization, what connects the team is a shared commitment to responsible facilitation, personal integrity, and creating spaces where people feel genuinely supported throughout their process.

Retreats & Full Moon Ceremonies

Milagros C.

Co-founder of Sacred Valley Tribe and La Pacha. Milagros has been working with plant medicine since 2000 and has guided and participated in hundreds of ceremonies and retreats. She facilitates retreats and Full Moon ceremonies while overseeing the day-to-day life of the community. Her approach is grounded, practical, and centered on creating spaces where people can move through their process with support and simplicity.

Retreats, Ceremonies & Dietas

Nacho

Originally from Chile, Nacho has dedicated many years to working with Ayahuasca and master plants. A musician and facilitator, he supports retreats, ceremonies, and traditional dietas. His work focuses on helping participants deepen their relationship with themselves through ceremony, music, and self-reflection.

Jamie

Jamie began her path with the medicine in 2014 through Sacred Valley Tribe. Her work is rooted in creating a safe and supportive environment for healing, personal growth, and self-empowerment. She regularly facilitates ceremonies and supports participants throughout preparation and integration.

Ceremonies & Retreats

Jean & Selin

Jean has worked with medicinal plants across Africa, Mexico, and Peru for more than two decades and has facilitated Ayahuasca ceremonies and retreats for many years. Selin has been working with plant medicines in Peru for over a decade and co-facilitates alongside him. Together they hold ceremonies that combine experience, music, and careful guidance throughout the process.

Ceremonies

Sindbad

Originally from Mexico, Sindbad spent his formative years in the Peruvian Amazon, where he first encountered Ayahuasca and traditional medicine work. After more than 25 years learning alongside maestros, family members, Diego, and Milagros, he now facilitates ceremonies rooted in long-term experience, music, and community life.

Huachuma Ceremonies & Retreats

Thibaud

A biologist, gardener, and bioconstructor from Belgium, Thibaud has spent years working with medicinal plants in Peru. He facilitates Huachuma ceremonies and supports retreat experiences focused on nature, connection, and reflection. His work is deeply influenced by ecology, sustainability, and relationship with the natural world.

Mancapacha & Women's Work

Fiorella

Fiorella is a Peruvian holistic therapist trained in herbalism, Bach flower remedies, and Ayurvedic medicine. She facilitates Mancapacha, an Andean sweat lodge tradition rooted in ancestral teachings, as well as women's circles and healing experiences that support personal transformation and connection.

Maha Gong & Sound Healing

Gonzalo

Gonzalo is a musician, sound therapist, researcher, and instrument builder dedicated to the therapeutic use of sound. Through gongs, singing bowls, didgeridoo, handpan, harmonium, and voice, he facilitates immersive sound journeys that support meditation, relaxation, and expanded states of awareness.
