A retreat is shaped not only by the ceremonies, but by the environment, the rhythm of the days, the people around you and the space created to support reflection and transformation.
Throughout the week, participants move between ceremonies, integration, movement, silence, nature, community, and rest.
The intention is to create enough space for the nervous system to slow down and for deeper emotional processes to emerge with support and containment.
